General Conditions
There are general conditions that apply to all offers published on SocialDogCat.com (Any exceptions are communicated in the offer text itself).
Unless otherwise indicated in the deal Conditions, you may buy an unlimited number of coupons and/or purchases
The coupon and/or purchase must be used on a single occasion, except for deals involving multiple appointments or sessions
Coupons and/or purchases for offers involving multiple sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties
The coupon and/or purchase cannot be combined with other ongoing offers
The coupon and/or purchase may be used a few minutes after purchase, as soon as it appears in your personal SocialDogCat.com account. Deals requiring a reservation are subject to availability and may not be used immediately. The counter on the right side of the page indicates how long the deal will remain available for purchase
All reservations are subject to the availability of the venue or facility
The coupon and/or purchase does not cover any additional costs, taxes or services not included in the offer
The coupon and/or purchase cannot be converted into cash
The offer is subject to limitations and the possibility of obtaining the service on the desired day and at the desired time is not guaranteed. The customer must book directly with the Partner.
Right of withdrawal
Sale of products by the Partner: the Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day after receiving the purchase confirmation email. In addition, if the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase and return the product already received, they may exercise this right in accordance with the law and will be subject to the provisions on exercising the right of withdrawal prepared by the Partner. The Customer may also exercise against the Partner the rights provided for by Articles 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code (restoration, repair and replacement in the event of product non-conformity). Sale of products by SocialDogCat.com: the Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day after delivery of the product. The Customer may also exercise against SocialDogCat.com the rights provided for by Articles 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code (in particular, they may request a refund of the entire price paid). For these purposes, contact SocialDogCat.com using the details provided in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Provisions
Sale of coupons and/or purchases by SocialDogCat.com: the Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day after receiving the email confirming purchase of the coupon and/or purchase. The Customer may exercise against the Partner the rights provided for by Articles 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code. For these purposes, contact SocialDogCat.com using the details provided in the Terms and Conditions of Sale or the Partner to exercise the rights under Articles 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code
Verification of original prices
To ensure maximum transparency of the prices and discounts applied to Local and Shopping services sold on www.SocialDogCat.com, requests and retains documentation and evidence of the prices that the Partners themselves offer outside the SocialDogCat.com offer. The Quality Assurance team verifies the accuracy of the original price stated in the contract by using, depending on the characteristics of the service and/or product sold, one of the three methods listed below:
Verified original price
For Local services, the original price is verified based on sources considered official, such as price lists provided by the Partner, the Partner’s website and major third-party websites, such as price comparison websites
For products, where official list prices or prices declared on the partner’s website exist, the discount is calculated with reference to the price charged by the manufacturer or distributor. In the event of disputes, the customer may request SocialDogCat.com and/or the Partner to produce the price list or equivalent document
Original price verified based on the average price charged
For Local services, the original price is calculated with reference to the average prices charged by the partner
For products, where a manufacturer’s recommended and/or suggested price exists, the discount is calculated based on the standard price. In the event of disputes, the customer may request SocialDogCat.com and/or the Partner to produce the price list or equivalent document
Original price verified based on the average market price
For Local services, the original price is calculated based on the average prices in the relevant geographical market
